Hi, I'm Tavia
Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, I have always been hungry for the skills and knowledge needed to live a successful life.
After 20 years in Corporate and working my way up the ladder, I found myself desperately seeking MORE.
So I did what most do. I listened to the podcasts, I read the books and I watched all the videos searching for a Roadmap, something to help me get from where I was to where I wanted to be.
But I was missing the BLUEPRINT
In 2021 I took massive action and successfully moved my family to SouthWest Florida in search of MORE.

It was anything but easy but I decided to chase my dreams.
​
Finding myself in a new Country and not knowing even one person in my community, I immediately set the foundation.

I attended Women's Networking Events, Real Estate Investing Groups and Masterminds.
​
Since then I've successfully built an Online Business while becoming a Real Estate Investor and Cross-Border Strategist.
